Cotabato City – Mayor Para sa Lahat Mohammad Ali “Bruce” C. Matabalao expressed his deep gratitude to the Community and Family Services International (CFSI), the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), and the Office of the City Social Welfare and Development Officer (OCSWDO) for their collaboration in the upcoming construction of the Harmony Learning Center at the Children’s Park.

The mayor emphasized his desire to complete the project within 45 days so that Cotabateños can immediately benefit from the new facility. He noted that by improving the system and efficiency in project implementation, the city will be able to deliver more initiatives that contribute to the overall progress of Cotabato City.
The Para sa Lahat Administration envisions that every child in the city should be given the opportunity to dream, grow, and reach their full potential. This vision, the mayor said, can only be achieved if every child feels supported and protected by their community.
The establishment of the Harmony Learning Center reaffirms the city government’s commitment to nurturing children with special needs — ensuring that they are not only cared for in the present but are also given the foundation for a brighter future in Cotabato City.
