
COTABATO CITY — The Local Government of Cotabato City officially opened the Shariff Kabunsuan Festival Trade Fair Para sa Lahat on Monday, December 1, 2025, at the People’s Palace. The trade fair marks the beginning of the city’s annual celebration honoring the rich culture, heritage, and history of the Bangsamoro people.
The opening event showcased a diverse array of local products, including crafts, delicacies, garments, agricultural goods, and artworks produced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from Cotabato City and neighboring provinces. The initiative aims to strengthen local entrepreneurship, support livelihood opportunities, and promote economic vibrancy during the festival season.
City officials, partner agencies, exhibitors, and community members joined the celebration, expressing support for the city’s efforts to empower local businesses and promote cultural appreciation. The event also highlighted the administration’s commitment to providing inclusive opportunities ensuring that every sector, especially small entrepreneurs, benefits from the festival’s economic activities.
