COTABATO CITY – The city came alive this week as Cotabato proudly celebrated the Linggo ng Kabataan (Youth Week), an annual event recognizing the energy, creativity, and potential of the city’s young citizens.

Organized in collaboration with the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), and supported by the City Government, the celebration featured various activities designed to inspire leadership, foster community involvement, and highlight the talents of the youth.

Programs included leadership workshops, sports competitions, talent showcases, community clean-up drives, and educational forums focusing on pressing issues faced by today’s young generation. These events were aimed at empowering the youth to take an active role in shaping a better future for Cotabato City.

City officials commended the Sangguniang Kabataan, LYDO, and participating youth organizations for their dedication and creativity, noting that the strength of Cotabato’s future lies in the passion and vision of its young leaders.
