COTABATO CITY – The Planning Workshop for the Indigenous People Development Plan was successfully conducted, attended by 40 indigenous people representatives from 37 barangays of Cotabato City.

This marks the first time that IPs were included in the formulation of a plan towards creating a more inclusive delivery of public services under the leadership of Mayor Mohammad Ali Bruce C. Matabalao.

The activity was carried out under the leadership of Deputy Mayor for Indigenous People Noel Panalag and IPMR Councilor Abubakar Campong, in partnership with the City Planning and Development Coordinator’s Office and the Community and Cultural Affairs Division of the Office of the City Mayor.
