COTABATO CITY, BARMM – In celebration of National Women’s Month, the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), through its Women’s Welfare Program (WWP), convened 50 women for the Building Alliances for Bangsamoro Actions towards Women’s Empowerment (BABAE) Summit 2025: Empowering Bangsamoro Women Towards Inclusive Governance at the People’s Palace Lobby, Cotabato City, on March 21, 2025. This initiative aimed to promote awareness and advocacy for women’s rights.
